Dear Parents and Students,
We are delighted to announce the commencement of our Sports Specific Program (SSP) for the Inter-House Gymnastics Showcase as part of Sports Day celebrations on Friday, 20th December 2024. This program is exclusively designed for students of Grades 1 to 3 to foster their gymnastics skills, build confidence, and promote teamwork in a fun and engaging environment.
Program Details
- Duration: 22nd November 2024 to 18th December 2024
- Training Schedule: Group training sessions on the following proposed dates:
22nd, 25th, 27th, 29th November & 2nd, 4th, 6th, and 18th December - Timing: 3:00 PM to 4:15 PM
This program is an excellent opportunity for our young gymnasts to learn and enhance their skills under the guidance of experienced coaches. Each session will focus on basic gymnastics techniques, coordination, and preparation for the showcase performance.

To participate, please complete the Google form sent tothe student email IDs no later than Wednesday, 20th November 2024, by 2:00 PM.

Important Notes for Participants:
- Students should attend all training sessions regularly and arrive in appropriate sports attire.
- Parents are encouraged to provide light, dry snacks, and water bottles for their children.
- Participants will be guided and supported throughout the SSP period to ensure readiness and confidence for the showcase performance.
