The much-awaited DEAR Week (Drop Everything And Read) is here, bringing with it an incredible opportunity for students to dive into the world of books! From March 10th to 14th, classrooms will transform into reading havens as students take a break from their routine and immerse themselves in the joy of storytelling, knowledge, and imagination. anticipation and excitement as each participant stepped up to the microphone, ready to spell challenging words.
DEAR Week is not just about reading—it’s about building a lifelong love for books. Whether it’s a classic fairy tale, an adventurous mystery, or an inspiring biography, students will have the freedom to explore different genres and discover the magic hidden within the pages.
Throughout the week, engaging activities will bring stories to life. From read-aloud sessions by teachers to buddy reading with classmates, every moment will be filled with excitement. Students will also have the chance to participate in book discussions, allowing them to express their thoughts and develop a deeper connection with literature.
